Savannah Bananas 2027 schedule: Toronto dates are set, but game times and tickets are not

The Savannah Bananas are scheduled to face the Indianapolis Clowns at Rogers Centre in Toronto on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 August 2027. The official Banana Ball schedule lists both start times as TBA, while the organisation's ticket lottery is open until 11:59 p.m. Eastern on 31 October 2026. Those are three different stages of information: a confirmed city and opponent, an unannounced first-pitch time, and a chance to enter a draw rather than a ticket sale.

What the 2027 schedule actually tells fans

The organiser's 2027 schedule identifies the Indianapolis Clowns as the Bananas' opponent on both Toronto dates. It also places Banana Ball in Monterrey, Mexico, on 5–6 February, with the Bananas facing the Texas Tailgaters. That spread of venues makes the 2027 announcement bigger than a pair of Toronto games, but it does not turn every date on the league calendar into a Savannah Bananas appearance. The schedule lists several other teams and shows exactly which two clubs are paired at each stop.

That distinction is useful when a search for the Bananas' schedule returns the wider Banana Ball World Tour. A fan choosing a city should check the teams printed on that city's row, not assume the original Bananas are playing there. Toronto's entries do name the Bananas, and they name the Clowns. The game-time field, however, remains TBA for both. No published time should be copied from a different stadium, city or date.

The ticket lottery is an entry route, not a reservation

The official lottery FAQ says registration began when the 15 October 2026 Selection Show ended and closes at 11:59 p.m. ET on 31 October. It currently accepts residents of the United States, Canada and Mexico. If selected, an entrant has the opportunity to purchase up to five tickets. The organiser explicitly says that entering does not guarantee a chance to purchase, much less a seat. Readers in the UK or Australia should not mistake a trending schedule announcement for eligibility under the current lottery rules.

The ticket-process guide says an entrant selects one city of interest and that selections are random; joining earlier does not improve the odds. That removes one common source of needless urgency. There is a real deadline to enter, but no advantage in rushing a form in the first minutes after the announcement. The important practical steps are to use the official Banana Ball site, choose the city you can actually attend, keep access to the email address used and retain the confirmation details.

The guide also warns that third-party ticket offers are not guaranteed to be valid and points fans to the official lottery or Fans First Marketplace. That matters precisely because the tour has named marquee venues before individual buyers have been selected. A venue announcement can create demand immediately; it is not evidence that legitimate tickets are already available from someone offering them on social media.

What remains open

Toronto fans now know the dates, opponent and Rogers Centre venue. They do not yet have a confirmed start time on the organiser's schedule, a successful lottery outcome or a guaranteed purchase window. The fairest reading is therefore neither that tickets are sold out nor that an entry secures attendance. The event has been announced, while the buying process is still being resolved for each fan.
